By signing up for an Andover Trail Runners event, all participants agree to abide by our terms and conditions.
All participants run at their own risk and Andover Trail Runners will not be held responsible for any injury whatsoever incurred at any stage before, during or after the event.
While we will do all we can to ensure the security of participants’ personal possessions, Andover Trail Runners will not be held responsible for the loss or damage of any participants’ property before, during or after the event.
The course crosses and includes running on some roads. Andover Trail Runners does not have the authority to direct traffic at any point on the route. All major road crossings will be marshalled, and all participants agree to follow all directions given by the event marshalls. Quiet country roads/lanes and will not be marshalled, and participants should take the appropriate precautions (be aware, keep to single file) when running on these roads. All road sections will be appropriately signed to warn drivers of your presence.
We are sorry, but we cannot issue refunds under any circumstances. Runner changes can be made up to the day of the event, but you must inform race registration of the details prior to the start.
For your safety, we will enforce a strict policy of no headphones on the route.
This is a long and sometimes tough course with a number of steep ascents/descents. Should you suffer an injury or see anyone else injured or struggling for whatever reason, please inform a marshall or other member of event control.
RESPECT THE ENVIRONMENT
The event takes place in the countryside so all participants should follow the Countryside Code – Respect, Protect and Enjoy. This includes no littering and showing due respect for other countryside users and the property of local landowners.
Please use the litter bins situated after the water stations to deposit your used bottles/cups/gel wrappers.
