On signing up for any of Andover Trail Events , all runners agree to our terms and conditions.
All participants enter our events at their own risk. Andover Trail Events are NOT responsible for any injury caused while participating in any of our events and nor are we responsible for any loss or damage of personal property (this does include car parking). This said, Andover Trail Events will do all we can to make our events as safe and as enjoyable as possible.
All our events are fully covered with Public Liability Insurance and we are governed by UKA rules.
If there are roads on any routes Andover Trail Events do not have the authority to stop traffic. Major road crossings will be marshaled and all runners are required to do as the marshals ask. All other roads are small country roads and traffic is generally very light. All road sections will be signed to warn drivers of your presence but Andover Trail Events ask that you all behave in a safe manner and are aware of your surroundings at all times.
Headphones are a distraction while crossing roads and can make it difficult to follow instructions from the marshals. We therefore advise against wearing headphones while participating in any of our events.
Refunds are not available for any of our events unless exceptional circumstances arise, in which case the decision will be at the discretion of the race director.
If you wish to sell you place then you must inform us so our data base can be kept up to date.

Medics working for us on the day of an event will have access to any medical information you have disclosed but it will remain completely confidential.
Photographs will always be taken due to the nature of the events but if you do not wish your photograph to be taken, please inform us before race day of any of our events.
